The Philadelphia Jewish Sports Hall of Fame will induct our Class of 2024: Debbie Adams, James Balk, Jamie Chadwin, Jon Slobotkin, Janine Tabas, Alec Weiss, Marvin and Mickey Black (Pillar of Achievement), Howie Horenstein (Simcha Gersh), Allen Rubin (Simcha Gersh), and Fred Cohen z"l (Philadelphia Sports Spirit). In addition, our Legacy award recipients are Alta Cohen z"l, Sid Gilman z"l, Ralph Rosner z"l, Herb Weinberg z"l, and Barbara Weisberger z"l

The Philadelphia Jewish Sports Hall of Fame contains a remarkable collection of athletes and others involved in sports activities. We have inducted 18 Olympians, including six medal winners, two world boxing champions, three women who made first team All-American in lacrosse, people who wrote brilliantly about sports or announced games, and others who founded, owned and/or managed professional franchises.
